How long does it take for customers to receive their orders?
We ship via FedEx, Royal Mail, USPS, and DHL. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days after your payment has been processed and your order has been prepared.

Reshipment Policy
Reshipments will be considered in the following cases:

You did not provide an accurate shipping address or contact information, and the carrier was unable to deliver the package.

The carrier was unable to contact you after multiple delivery attempts.
The package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will resend it once we receive the correct shipping information from you. The following reshipping fees will apply:

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or military APO/FPO address?
Yes, you may request to ship your order to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO military address.
Shipping to APO addresses may take up to 40-45 days. Please note that once your package reaches the military area, we are unable to provide tracking updates for security reasons.
Will VAT be charged?
We do not collect any taxes on international shipments. All taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
